Absolutely no sale of Brand New Items
There has been serious problems in the past where items were stolen or the use of employee discounts were abused. It causes too much hassle to to prove you actually bought it without a receipt and is just not worth it. Selling new items will result in points if not a ban.

Receipts
Must be presented in the post of the thread for name brands such as Gucci, Prada, LV, Coach, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. No replicas as well.

Maximum of FOUR threads
Dedicating a thread to each of your items is ridiculous and floods the server. Place it under ONE thread if applicable. Any more than four will result in removal, points, and even a ban if warranted.

You must post an asking price
No "throw me an offer" garbage. Remember, this is not an auction so prices go down, not up. If you do not post a price your thread will be removed and you will recieve points. Even 'feeler' ads need a price. Be specific, use words like OBO or FIRM to entertain offers.

FS(for sale)/WTB(wanting to buy)/WTT(wanting to trade) must be at the beginning of your thread
If we see anything but the above then your thread will be removed and you may recieve points. FREE, FEELER are also acceptable titles.

Bumping
Only one bump per two calender day. If you need to add info, please use the edit button instead of adding a new post to your thread. This is due to the excess taffic on the Fashion and Cosmetics Forums.

Details in your ad
If your ad doesn't have sufficient details your thread may be removed or locked. NO LINKS TO OTHER SITES EITHER (ie: Craigslist) unless you just want to show a picture. No Ebay links please.

Selling for Profit, Lowballing, Thread-jacking, Chatting and Flaming NOT TOLERATED
This is a Buy and Sell forum. A place to Buy and sell commodities of personal use. If any of the above rules are broken, you will get points and a subsequent ban if you break them more than once. We don't care if you saw the item for cheaper at the store. DON'T POST IT!

STOLEN ITEMS LEADS TO PROSECUTION
If at any time we suspect that you are selling stolen items then we reserve the right to remove the post, report activities to the Police and Ban you instantly. ZERO TOLERANCE. Please report suspicious activity.

Buyers Beware
We are NOT responsible for any products or services sold or traded here (including the sponsor's stuff). Do your research, meet in a well lit and populated area and be wary of your surroundings. Inspect the product thoroughly as well before you shell out your coin.

No spamming
If you are selling items for profit we have the right to remove you without notice. This includes multiples and NEW products. If you're a store and you're using Talksfu.ca as an consumer ground you will be banned instantly. If you would like to be a sponsor please contact one of the admins.

No illegal stuff allowed
Any contraband (ie: unauthorized fakes, etc...) found in our classifieds will result in an instant Ban and removal of the thread. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We may ask for reciepts or proofs of purchase from time to time. Sometimes its random and sometimes its suspected. Failure to produce a reciept, proof or purchase or serial number may result in the removal of the thread without warning.

Not reading the rules prior to posting is not our responsibility but your own. If you did not read the rules and broke them, it is at your expense. Just because you don't read the rules does not mean that it doesn't apply to you.

We also reserve the right to remove threads or posts and access to the Buy and Sell forums and members at any time without notice.
