I'm wondering if anyone who has data and has email set up on their blackberry if and what they may have done to get their SFU emails pushed from the SFU email inbox to the blackberry.

I tried just setting up xxx@sfu.ca on my BB and it worked except it doesn't push emails that are sent to my xxx@sfu.ca account to my blackberry device. I can send emails perfectly fine but nothing seems to go the other way. I've re-sent the service books and that doesn't do much.

I also followed some PDF file from SFU and setup a BIS email and tried to use that as the forwarding address under SFU email preferences but it doesn't seem to push that way either.

All in all, I want to set up an email on my BB for my xxx@sfu.ca so when I receive emails it will send it to my blackberry but it doesn't seem to be working. Sending an email from my xxx@sfu.ca off of my blackberry seems to work fine but receiving emails from my xxx@sfu.ca on my blackberry does not.

I dont think my phone is broken because if I'm sending emails to myself (from my email to myself as a test, it pops up on my blackberry and my inbox fine). It just seems like emails from EVERYONE else are not going through which makes no sense.

Any solutions apart from what I have done?

P.S. Rogers tech support is/was pretty useless so I've kind of thrown that option out.

------------------------

Figured it out.

Thanks

So my registration date is coming up soon and I have a question. I plan on doing MATH 157 and BUEC 232 together this summer, but my friend in business said not to because it'll be really hard and I'll likely confuse the material between the two of them. Would you agree with that assessment? Also, would taking MATH 157, BUEC 232, ECON 105 and SPAN 102 DE be a challenging term? I don't want to completely hate my summer.

Thanks a bunch in advance

So I was bored today during part of my weekly Tuesday 7-hour break and I tried chatroulette.

If you haven't heard of it before, you press a button, and it connects you to a chat with another person - and it also shows your webcam.

After 90 minutes of chatrouletting, my interest was dropping about as fast as my faith in humanity, and I gave up.

I had pretty similar results to this guy. Something like: nexted, nexted, nexted, nexted, girl!-nexted, nexted, nexted, dick, nexted, nexted, Norwegian-guy-who-doesn't-speak-english, nexted, nexted, nexted, two-sentence-conversation, nexted, nexted, girl!-nexted, nexted, nexted, nexted, dick.

It's not that I wasn't willing to talk to the other people. I didn't next anyone unless they were afk, or nude. The majority just weren't willing to talk to me. If I had to guess, the guys nexted me because I wasn't a girl, and the girls nexted me because I wasn't the cream of the crop. Meanwhile, I was just trying to have a regular non-sexual conversation with anyone.

Net result: a boring hour and a half.

Anyone else tried it yet?
