Well i just got back home from a night out, pretty decent altogether. of recent i decided i'm going to try to work on my game, and of course by game i mean picking up girls. of course the best way to pick up girls is simply just to talk to them (and no i don't mean pick up lines......)

here's where my problem comes in, finding good conversation starters that will create an interesting conversation with someone you just met. and this doesn't go for just women only, i would like to be able to strike up a good conversation with anyone that i've just met. in all i'm trying to be a more social person.

The Suns vs Sonics has been confirmed for an NBA preseason game here in Vancouver on Friday the 26th of October, I for one will be going for sure, just to see Steve Nash in action, and Kevin Durant of the Sonics, as this kid is really amazing. Hopefully this game does really well, to peak intrest from the NBA to one day bring a team back to Vancouver as this city never got a real chance here, as the Grizzlies are drawing less fans and loosing more money in Memphis then they did in Vancouver, and the cdn dollar was weaker back then, this game even though a preseason game should do very well. http://www.nba.com/sonics/news/preseason070720.html

50 Cent sues over 'Shoot the Rapper'

Fri Jul 20, 7:29 PM ET

Rapper 50 Cent sued an Internet advertising company for $1 million Friday, claiming it illegally used his image in a game where the player pretends to shoot him.

The game, called "Shoot the Rapper," shows 50 Cent walking back and forth in an ad across the top of a Web page while the viewer is encouraged to shoot him by aiming and clicking with the mouse, court papers say.

A successful shot results in a misty cloud of red, and the viewer is then directed to another Web page where the ad firm's client sells goods and services, according to the lawsuit.

The rapper's lawyer, Peter Raymond, says the game doesn't use 50 Cent's name, but "it looks like him, and there's no doubt the character is intended to be him."

The lawsuit names Traffix Inc. of Pearl River, N.Y., as the defendant. A lawyer for the company, Ezio Scaldaferri, said he had not been served with the papers and could not comment.

The rapper, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson, is a well-known victim of gun violence, Raymond said. He said the advertising company is using 50 Cent's likeness without his permission and suggesting that he endorses the game.

"For all those reasons, he is personally offended," the lawyer said.
Raymond said the rapper learned about the ad after one of his management people saw the it on a MySpace page.

The rapper's lawsuit asks at least $1 million in actual damages, a permanent injunction against the use of his image without permission, and unspecified punitive damages.

Health: Not getting enough Z's can compromise your immune system making you more susceptible to viruses. Plus, living in a constant state of sleep debt can contribute to high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

Smarts: Even though your body is at rest, your brain is buzzing. During sleep is when the brain sorts and processes information you absorbed while awake.

Weight Control: Recent research indicates a relationship between insufficient sleep and inability to lose or even maintain weight.

Coordination: Trying new activities that require coordination like step aerobics and playing the piano can be made more difficult after a bad night's sleep.

Beauty: They don't call it "beauty sleep" for nothing. While you sleep, your body repairs itself. Experts say you need 8 hours of sleep to avoid puffy, bloodshot eyes, as well as dark under-eye circles and a pale washed-out complexion.

http://www.reuters.com/article/blogBurst/health?type=healthNews&w1=B7ovpm21IaDoL40ZFnNfGe&w2=B8kvecPa11hc9lKHEnu7ZUN&src=blogBurst_healthNews&bbPostId=Cz2YiFmuwDM9NBE4NxSSMmZ0XB5MBA97vCORLCz2Kn5TETp1is&bbParentWidgetId=B8kvecPa11hc9lKHEnu7ZUN
