What do you guys think? Can you really be friends with an ex without either person wanting more from the friendship again?

In my experience, my exes have always wanted more out of it again and thats why they are friends with me (cuz they think that something more might happen if we are friends rather than if we dont speak at all). Whenever that has happened, ive stopped hanging out with them and talking to them.

Can you really be friends once you've been intimate with them?

And how would you feel if your bf or gf was friends with their ex (like really good friends)? It was brought to my attention that there is a program in SFU that allows students to enroll in a ESL program with no particular requirements (e.g. TOEFL, etc). I have really little information about that program, can anyone help me out here?

Thanks.

I'm considering taking a year or two off if my PDP application is not accepted in January, and going to teach English in Thailand (or Japan) then returning to SFU to finish off my Bachelors. But I don't really want to waste all the time, effort and money I put into these credits!

Any ideas? I tried looking on the website but couldn't find any info.

Thanks!
