NEED URGENT HELP WITH ORIENTATION

Hi everyone, I applied for the Burnaby campus orientation which was either for January 3 or 4 so today or tomorrow. After registering, they told me I would get an email mid december which will tell me what time the Orientation session will be and what to bring etc, but I recieved no such email. Can anyone please tell me what the email address that this email will be sent by is called? 

I already tried calling the orientation support the helpdesk and a few other numbers and no one has been able to help me and I'm really frustrated. Perhaps anyone who is also attending orientation tomorrow or Friday at Burnaby campus would know more information. Thanks in advance

    Your OL is supposed to give you a call and tell you the details and time a day or two before orientation. But you are also supposed to get an e-mail...
