2 instructors listed

edited April 2013 in General
If a course have 2 instructors listed, which one is actually teaching it?

For example if you look at Macm 201 for Spring 2014, there are 2, which one is teaching it?

  • I think it is just a placeholder. It looks like there are going to be two sections of the course offered. It could be one will teach one and one will teach the other. Or more likely one of them will teach the first one, and someone else will teach the other (which is likely in surrey)

Generally course schedules are not finalized this far in advance, especially not who specifically is teaching what. I'm sure if you check back in the fall it will be sorted out.
  • if theres 2 instructors listed in one section it means one will teach one half of the course, and the other one will teach the last half
  • I've had 2 profs in 1 course before. It was for BISC 101. 1 dude taught animal biology and the other taught plant.
Maybe for Macm 201, a prof will teach you counting and the other will teach you graph theory.
