Need to accept my offer but my e-mail got hacked?

Okay so, I've been accepted to SFU and I want to accept it. I have my SFU computing ID, but I forgot my password. I could try to retrieve it or change it but my original e-mail I used got hacked, so I don't know how to get into my account. I could try to phone SFU for help but I don't want to wait a LONG time until the operator gets to me, and it seems like they'll never pick up. What should I do? Or is waiting on a phone call the only option I have?

    Try phoning on Tuesday, I don't think they're open during the weekends.
