Well if it says you can't get in then you can't get in. Go to Dougie College and get some transfer credits, they have a good bridging program with SFU.
Not sure why you get rejected just for getting a low math grade in Gr. 11 though. Why don't you e-mail admissions.
i gonna call them to talk about this issue i have my own reason for it i have already got the offer but they took it back i think i didnt pass the deadline my other courses are really good and i even recieve offers from UT and UBC but i just want to get in SFU
Wow what the heck that is so weird. I had 53% in Math 11 and I got in to Beedie and my offer has not been rescinded. I just got an email about 3 weeks ago saying that I need 60% in Math 11 OR 12 and 60% in English 12 to keep my offer + 70% average on my courses used to calculate my admission average.
They shouldn't be revoking you at this moment. They will only revoke you in July if they see you have not fulfilled the requirements. Are you taking Math12 right now? If not... then I see why'd they revoke you.
Math 12 is easier than Math 11. I remember taking 11 in summer school... the material was so dense and we usually go through 3-4 chapters a day with a test every week.
wtf I heard it's completely opposite. I found Math 11 easier than Math 10 lol. And I didn't take Math 12 cuz I heard how hard it was. What's wrong with you people.
I really doubt it. You won't be done math 12 until end of July/early August and classes start in September. Your offer of admission was rescinded, so you haven't been accepted to the university. It will be well past the deadline then.
Chalk this one up as a life lesson. You had 1-2 years to get your math requirements in order. You'll have to get used to meeting deadlines (whether for admissions or class work).

10 was just linear functions. 11 was mostly quadratics. 12 was a bunch of mash up.
11 covered several useless topics... which is probably why I didn't do well/like the course.
What faculty are you applying to? Science? Engineering?
I guess they changed the standards huh? I got in with 50% on Math 11
