CRIM 241 with Griffiths?

I've heard this is a good course in-class but I'm taking it dist ed. Has anyone taken it or know what its like? This is the outline: 

Course Requirements:
Assignment/ExamPercentage
Essay Assignment 120%
Essay Assignment 220%
Essay Assignment 320%
Final Exam40%

Comments

  • Never took it DE but 3 essays and a cumulative final sounds like a lot depending on how long the essays are, especially with no participation marks. I took it with Murdoch and found it interesting. The textbook (by Griffiths) is well written, easy to follow, and relatively short. Overall a good course depending on your interest in corrections (if you don't then I would recommend not taking it)
