What percent is a passing grade (C-) in MATH 150?
I know that different profs assign different grades to the percentages, but is there an average that normally holds true? I've had one prof tell me 55% is a borderline C- and another one tell me its 65%.
Specifically I'm interested in what would be a C- in MATH 150 (which I don't believe is scaling?) since I need to get at least that for it to count as a prerequisite...

I think it depends entirely on your prof and how well the class does...when I took 151 the prof bumped everyone up half a letter grade because the final exam grades were so poor. These classes are not "scaled" per se, but they do 'adjust' the grades at the end of term. I finished the course with 61% which ended up being a C+.....but don't get your hopes up
