For first semester, are cgpa and GPA the same? Just wondering how bad your grades would have to be to get on academic probation. Would a d in one class nd a b+ in 3 other classes be enough to be in good standing?

If you got a D in 1 class, and a B+ in 3 other classes you wont be on academic probation because your average is 3.33+3.33+3.33+1.0, probably be at 2.7 GPA if those are your first classes.

Assuming that all your classes are 3 credit classes, your GPA would be 2.75 with 3 B+s and 1 D. You would need a C average to get on academic probation.

Shayan4440, it's less then a C average. Less then 2.0, if you some how get 2.0 your not on AP.

I'm well aware of that. I was just painting him a general picture of what his grades would have to look like if he were to be placed on academic probation.
