Has anyone taken crim 300W and Crim 314 DE before?

IS crim 300W an easy one?

and Crim 314 taught by S. Verdun-Jones distance education

heard the readings are pretty intense but he is a good prof

have you taken a DE before? you don't get any interaction with the prof, it's usually the TA who does everything. the prof usually designs the syllabus though.

i don't really like DE courses tbh, they usually have 2-3x the reading as lecture courses.

simon VJ is esp a good lecturer so you'd be missing out taking 314 with him imo.
