Hmmm judging that you are going into computing sciences or IT (I am just assuming by your course selection) I would take IAT 103W since that would be more relevant. However, PHIL 100W I heard is an interesting course so I would personally take which one interests you more since you are more likely to do better. Also, if you are still indecisive look up the profs and put them in ratemyprofessors.com and see whether or not the class will be challenging to help you decide furthermore.
I took IAT103W - piece of cake. But I didn't have Chantal, and she's teaching it in the Fall. She's much harder, so I don't know how easy it will be... If it's still the same format, then you will be doing a team presentation.
I had Chantal for BUS 360W. She's a great teacher and you will definitely learn lots, but she has high expectations for her students. She's very understanding and approachable though.
