Think about this: Our open immigration policy lets companies like Microsoft attract the best and the brightest the world 'round without having to worry about quotas.

Software companies looking to imitate or, hell, just sell out to MS will sure to follow.

My boyfriend is probably getting a job there! Whoo! This will definitely solve our money worries. Microsoft does crazy things for their employees, too.

I know everyone thinks that they are a crazy-evil monopoly, but I support them because of what Gates and his wife have been doing for education lately. The schools they have been funding are really amazing!

Besides, he'll just work there until I'm done school, then he's going to school himself when I work. So it's a pretty sweet deal.

Even if he doesn't get it with Microsoft, I bet a lot of other tech companies will be moving up here, following Microsoft's lead so the spinoff benefits will be great too...I know what you mean about Gate's charity work. I guess he realized one day that he had all the money he needed and got into philanthropy which I think is great.
