MATH 157 = Calculus I for Social Sciences
MATH 150 = Calculus I (for science students)
Basically MATH 150 is a harder and more in depth MATH 157, so it counts as the credit needed for BUEC 232.
So if you've taken 150 you know more than what's needed for the BUEC 232 course.
