Am I screwed?

edited April 2012 in General
I self reported all my grades in march and was getting an average of 85.5% I got conditionally accepted to applied sciences.  Since then I screwed up my math tests and now my interim average is now 83.5%.  And the average required for applied sciences is 85.  Will SFU now unaccept me or do I still have a chance with my final grades?

  • yeah you're pretty much done for.  find another school.
  • You'll be fine, that's not a significant drop
  • Relax you can still bump up your average with other courses, I'll wait for your final marks to start worrying
Also the average varies from year to year depending on how competitive the application process is...
  • Strange... I had an 87% average and they let me drop to a 73% minimum!
