CMPT 477 & CMPT 471

As I'm still making some last minute schedule changes, I'm wondering if there's anyone in here who has taken any or both of these courses:

CMPT 471 - Networking II - Janice Regan
CMPT 477 - Formal Verification - Evgenia Ternovska

I'd like to know your opinion/experience.

    Regan is a horrible lecturer. Networking is also boring as shit. I'd go for 477 even though I have no idea what that is.
