BUS 251 Course Fee

I see that there is a separate course fee for BUS 251 when I check my account activity. Why is there a course fee for BUS 251? This is the first course that requires me to pay a course fee. What is it for anyways?

    For business executive's "business" trips to Las Vegas, Nevada to "discuss" "business" matters over a few glasses of scotch in which this fee is tax-deductible.
