He's alright. The textbook is very difficult to learn from, which makes the assignments difficult. He does explain things well though so make sure you go to every lecture and write down everything. He also goes through the material quickly so don't get behind. The concepts aren't hard, but they are very easy to mix up. I thought it would be easy since I have no problem with math, but I still got mixed up plenty of times. I would take it with him, and find a different textbook.
