Class restricted 80% for major?

When a class is restricted to 80% enrollment for students of that major program, if I was able to register for it successfully in it today (it is not my major), does that mean I got into the 20% open enrollment part? Is there a change I will get removed from that class before the restriction is lifted at the end of the month?

Are you taking 100/200 level courses? Because for some departments those aren't reserved, the 300/400 level courses are. so there shouldn't be anyway you could register unless you are majoring in that particular subject until open enrollment date.
