Shell House in rez any good?

So this fall I got accepted into Shell House...and I'm wondering what its like in there, any suggestions/problems...?

    I have a couple of friends staying in Shell this summer, and they all seem to like it. The only downside is that the showers are kinda small, and you have to share the kitchen. But its really close to the gym and to west mall, so it's a good place to stay.
