textbook dealer

i've noticed there are posters for TEXTBOOK DEALERS on campus. are they reliable? coz all the textbooks they are selling are like international version with a soft cover and therefore different ISBN but claiming to be EXACTLY THE SAME as the one required.

    i've used international softcover textbooks before (not through textbook dealers or whatever those posters are, but through ebay) and they are the exact same content and page numbers and all that stuff.
